The following are the Terms and Conditions for online Payments to College Fees Please go through the same carefully.

1. I/We agree and accept the services provided by Razorpay at my/our request to carry out my college Fees payments through Infinity instructions on my/our account, given by me/us.

2. I/We have no objection whatsoever, to the college providing my/our billing details to the Bank.

3. While the Bank will take all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the payment details, the Bank is notliable for any not-error. I/We shall not hold the bank responsible for any payment to college. that may be incurred/ suffered by me/us if the information contained turns out to be inaccurate /incorrect.

4. I/We agree that any disputes on Payment details will be settled directly with the college and the Bank’s responsibility is limited to provision of information only.

5. I/We agree that we will make bill amount payments as required by the college. I/We will not hold the Bank responsible for the college rejecting the payment amount because of incorrect or incomplete entries.

6. I/We agree that the record of the instructions given and transactions with the Bank shall be conclusive proof and binding for all purposes and can be used as evidence in any proceeding.

7. I/We agree that charges, if any, for the college Payment services will be at the sole discretion of the Bank and the Bank is at liberty to vary the same from time to time,with outgiving any notice.

8. I/We agree that the bank will not be held responsible for the college fees paid by me /us. The Bank’s role is restricted to provision of information and payment service only. All disputes regarding college fees are to be taken up directly with the college.

9. I/We agree that the Bank is at liberty to withdraw at any time the college fees Payment facility, or any services provided there under, in respect of any or all the account(s) without assigning any reason whatsoever, with out giving me/us any notice.
